DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
- All products purchased from our website will be shipped through our appointed courier.
- For orders received daily before 11.00 am, delivery can take up to 1-3 working days for Bangkok and Greater Bangkok Area while up to 7 working days for upcountry.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Should the customer receive the wrong product or the delivery did not match the order, the company will change the product immediately;
- Should the company deliver products that are defective, damaged, or damaged during transportation, the company will provide a replacement to the defective or damaged product;
- Should the company fail to deliver the goods in full, the company shall fulfill the additional items immediately.
- The customer must check the product after receiving the product within 3 days. If it is past the 3 day period after the product is delivered to the recipient’s address. the company will not change or return the product.
- The company will not accept the return of the product in all cases, such as the customer’s dissatisfaction with the product, the customer ordered the wrong model, the wrong size, the wrong amount. (Please check product details before placing an order)
Return and Refund Process
- You can notify the return or exchange of the product in the cases specified above and must take pictures or video of opening the product box as evidence for return or refund.

- In the event the company is unable to deliver the products as per customer order, a full refund will be provided within a period of 7-14 working days.
